It took a bit to adjust to the keypad. I formerly had an LG VUE and loved the touch-screen. However, that particular phone malfunctioned multiple times and the screen became unresponsive. The Neon is a great messaging phone. The phone sends and receives pic and video messages much quicker...

You can. But before you do that, stop out all the phones that Verizon has for free or cheap. You may find a phone that you like that will not cost you anything.

A: You would be accomplished to use the phone IF it was unlocked through ATT. If you purchase a phone that states its unlocked and you put your O2 sim in and it asks for a code then its not unlocked....
